This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.
🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.
🤫 Noise:
Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.
🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.
🚭 Smoking:
No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation
Smoking outside is allowed
🚫 Strictly Prohibited :
Underage drinking or drug use
Unauthorized guests

Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100

📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $300 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Guest Access:
This is a Remodeled Victorian Home made in the 1800's with 16 units inside of the property. We have private parking next to the home and the back entrance has keyless entry to enter the home. You will receive the code to the home and to your room the day of your stay.
This unit has a spiral staircase that leads you from the living room to the bedroom.
In your room of the home, you will have access to everything inside including:
50 inch television
Twin Bed
Full Kitchen
Full private bathroom
Shower
Coffee Bar
Dishwasher
Private Parking (Right of the building)
You will have to walk up stairs
Other Things to Note:
We are directly across the street from the Cleveland Clinic and 10 minutes less from any other main venues. Ask us where something is in distance from the home and will give you an idea of how far you will have to travel from our location.

Kind of a cool place. Old Victorian mansion broken up into apartments. No complaints. I’m in my mid 50’s and thought the spiral staircase was easy enough to navigate. It was clean and comfortable enough. Shower was good. Had some trouble getting into my unit with the code, but the communication with property management was easy and I was quickly assisted. Building and neighborhood was quiet.

I’ll start with the check-in process which supplied me with a code for my door that didn’t work. I was able to quickly communicate with the host and get a back up code that worked. The property was clean and the kitchen had most everything that you would need in the kitchen. I especially appreciated the supplied coffee creamer, and sweeteners. My only issue with the property was a spiral staircase going up to the bedroom. It was very narrow and I think carrying a suitcase upstairs would’ve been a problem. I kept everything downstairs. I bumped my head on the corner of the steps a couple of times, would suggest some cushioning to avoid damage to someone’s head.I had a family member getting surgery at the Cleveland clinic and found that it was only a short walk to get there.
