Within walking distance to the Cleveland Clinic Campus (5 min walk from main hospital). It’s also near University Hospitals, CWRU, Great University Circle, Downtown Cleveland, and Little Italy. This location is perfect for those receiving medical treatments and their families, doctors on rotation, travel nurses, and interns.
The Space:
NO elevator. This unit is located on the 2nd floor. 19 steps up from the lobby area.
1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, spacious living room with pull-out couch, dining area, and a full kitchen equipped with: microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, cookware, dishes and silverware, coffee maker, tea kettle, and toaster.

We are not a full service hotel and only supply starter toiletries, 2 rolls of toilet paper, roll of paper towels, trash bag, dishwasher pod, laundry detergent pod.
Parking: Street parking (free) or Cleveland Clinic P1 Parking Garage located across the street (fees may apply)
Pets: $150/per pet per stay, non-refundable. Please message host in advance if you plan to bring a pet or service animal.

We were very pleased with this property and the proximity it was to the Cleveland Clinic. We needed to go to the campus often over the two weeks, and, the proximity could not be beat. The unit was very clean, updated, secure and overall a great option for us. At times, it can be a little noisy - helicopter, ambulance at times, but that is what you would expect when close to a hospital. Overall, very pleased, and we would not hesitate to stay there again!

I am very happy with my stay here!
I did not realize how the lock work until I was at the property. But I got the hang of it.
It is very nice, roomy, quiet, clean, good location near the wade circle. Just where I needed to be. The bed was very comfortable. A nice desk to work at. The bedroom is very roomy.
When I needed assistance the landlord responded quickly.
As I told them, I needed a step, I could not reach the cupboards, or see into the microwave, or see the thermostat. I had to climb onto a chair. Probably someone really tall used to live here.
I would stay here again when I return.

The property was clean and convenient to the Main Campus entrance at Cleveland Clinic. We found a parking space in front of the building and walked 5 minutes back and forth to the hospital. The area is a bit noisy with trash dumpsters being emptied overnight at the nearby parking garage and the roads being plowed for snow at 3am; not any fault of owner. The building is securely locked, so your phone is required to access each of the 4 doors in order to reach your appt. Apartment was nicely stocked for cooking. Trash dumpster was located out front. The apartment was nicely updated and decorated. Only downside is there aren’t any elevators, so we had to go up 3 flights of stairs to access the 2nd floor apartment.
