1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, spacious living room with pull-out couch, dining area, and a full kitchen equipped with: microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, cookware, dishes and silverware, coffee maker, tea kettle, and toaster.

We did not bring a petHost was extremely responsive and helpfulShopping required a car and GPS gave various confusing directions. (There were 2 restaurants within walking distance. Plus the hospital cafeteria.)The access app worked easily.Apartment was bright with large windows.

I recently had surgery at the Cleveland Clinic and I needed to stay in the area for about a week. This place is in direct proximity to the Clinic and it was exactly what we needed. Very convenient and we could obtain a weekly parking pass from the clinic and park across the street in their lot.

The location of this apartment couldn’t have been better! I was able to park on the street which saved a lot of time and money. The apartment was as quiet as could be expected (it’s right next to the hospital). I found a few things were missing that would have been helpful-kitchen towels, coffee filters (there is a little coffeemaker), and aluminum foil-but I understand not everyone would use the kitchen as much as I did. The host was very responsive when I had trouble getting into the building when I arrived. The only minor issue I had was that the central air wasn’t working during my stay. There was a mobile window unit in the bedroom which cooled things down but was quite noisy. A repair person came to look at it during my stay (the host was very nice about getting my permission for this, since I was gone during the day) but I didn’t get any other updates about it. It was pretty hot during my stay and it would have been nice to have a/c in the whole unit, but it worked out with the fan and bedroom unit. I would recommend this apartment/building for anyone who needs to be close to the Clinic!
