About this house rental
Two storey absolute beachfront home with timber floors, open living areas, and ocean views. This holiday home has everything for a fabulous holiday! It includes two living areas each with an LCD TV, DVD/CD/Video and stereo amplifier. There is a main balcony upstairs, a sheltered balcony downstairs and two other small balconies. Outdoor settings are included.
There are four bedrooms - the master bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. The main bedroom downstairs also has a queen bed and the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. Additionally there is a double sofa bed in the winter room.
The downstairs three way bathroom includes a large spa bath and shower, separate vanity and separate toilet while the upstairs bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity.
The fully equipped Caesarstone kitchen has European appliances including a dishwasher, microwave and a large fridge. The kitchenette downstairs has a microwave and bar fridge. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer and there is a small clothes line outside. In the courtyard there is a gas BBQ, surfboard racks and a heated outdoor shower, which is great after a swim.
Back of property faces ocean, there is beach entry from the enclosed yard - though it is through the sand dunes. This Beach is only patrolled during the summer holidays
Bedding includes 2 Queen beds, 4 Singles.

The premises were clean, particularly the bathrooms and the kitchen were excellent. The entrance also had been swept and was very presentable. But as its a big house, it could be that the cleaners were unable to do all that was needed in the time allotted. Under the beds and other heavy furniture ( lounge, sofa bed) had not been vacuumed and there was even an old bread roll left underneath the sofa bed in the in the Winter room. There's some kind of webbed sheet under all the mattresses that continues to shed small white bits of plastic each day. Whatever those " sheets" are they need to be gone or replaced. The premises' facilities were adequate, not great. We were surprised to see there was no hair-dryer in any of the bathrooms, there was only one hand towel for each bathroom and it seemed only one towel allotted per guest for the week. Of course, we could have ( and did) wash these items but no one wants to think about doing laundry on their holiday. Also surprising was the lack of toilet paper provided, we've booked premises with your office for several years now and have never come across this before. We also were surprised that there was no full length mirror anywhere in the house. We really feel it is essential. The house is lovely but it was very hot - the ceiling fans were OK, but air conditioning would have been appreciated, even a portable evaporative cooler would have gone a long way to providing some relief from the heat.There's no number visible on the outside of the house from the front. Not a huge issue, but a bit weird.We've always found the office staff are helpful and pleasant, and the booking process is easy. Our overall stay was very enjoyable and yes, we would definitely consider booking these premises again, and recommend it to friends.

Needless to say we love this holiday house. It has become a home from home for us every February and we always have a wonderful time here. The house is very comfortable. Plenty of room for the family and such a great location right next to the beach. Spectacular sunrises and a very relaxing holiday.

The house is situated in an excellent location, with direct access to the beach through the back fence. It offers ample space, but it requires a thorough cleaning. The primary reason for choosing this location was the view; however, upon reaching the top of the stairs, the view is obscured by dirty windows. Although we attempted to clean with spray and wipes, the entire house, including door tracks, windows, and balconies, needs a comprehensive cleaning.Additionally, the refrigerator barely kept items cold, and the door needed to be checked to ensure it was properly closed. The freezer did not freeze ice, which, although it may seem minor, is an issue considering the nightly rate. Overall, it is a great spot with a generous size, but it needs to be maintained better, and the refrigerator should be replaced..
