This spacious holiday rental is an ideal choice for families seeking a comfortable retreat. Ideal for families with older children due to safety considerations, this property features 4 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a generously sized ensuite and bath. With a bedding configuration of 3 queen beds and 2 single beds, it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.
The interior exudes warmth and comfort, with polished floorboards adding a touch of elegance. Guests can enjoy modern amenities such as air conditioning and a woodfire, perfect for creating a cozy atmosphere on chilly evenings. Complimentary WIFI is available for guest use, and for added convenience, a washing machine and dryer are provided.
Outside, a spacious deck complete with a BBQ presents an ideal spot for outdoor dining and socializing. While there is no garage on the property, a carport and ample parking space ensure that guests' vehicles are secure.
Guests are reminded that the property is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
Property is pet friendly but please note that pets are not allowed inside the bedrooms or in any carpeted areas. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any damages they may cause.

Better than expected from the photos, master en suite and walk-in robe amazing! Lovely quiet location. Host/property manager can be slow to respond and on one question (location of bbq cleaning equipment) simply didn’t reply. Gorgeous house, hope to be back.

Sapphire House is lovely - beautifully renovated with plenty of room and luxe toiletries. The kitchen had plenty of provisions and there was no need to bring much extra but food.It's a little bit of a surprise to have no separate bathroom upstairs for 3 bedrooms (main room with ensuite) and a whole bathroom downstairs for one room. We coped though.The 4th bedroom with two singles isn't entirely suitable for adults either.We still thoroughly enjoyed our stay though. Thank you

Perfect family house near the beach, with small amount of shops down the road . Very relaxing outlook in years with lots of trees and a large outdoor area to gather. So good that it’s pet friendly also . Would recommend !
