About this house rental
Osprey is a fully furnished three-bedroom townhouse located on Diamond Beach, sleeping 6–8 guests. Set over two levels, the property offers two bathrooms plus an additional separate toilet upstairs.
The main bedroom is located upstairs and features a queen bed, private ensuite, and its own balcony. Also upstairs is a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area that flows onto the back balcony with views over Diamond Beach.
Downstairs includes two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds—plus a futon in the downstairs lounge, providing flexible sleeping arrangements.
The home features modern furnishings, timber flooring, BBQ facilities, and beach frontage. WiFi is also available.
Perfect for a relaxing getaway, whether for a weekend or a week away.

Brilliant beach house! We had such a great weekend with direct access to the beach and everything you need within walking distance made for an easy holiday with family. Would definitely book again.

The house overall was good. Well-stocked pantry and kitchen. Surf & sand toys for the kids, chairs and sun umbrella. It is not, however, a 4 brm house as sold; it is a 3 brm with a tv room that has a very old, lumpy futon that I would hate to have to ask to sleep on. Luckily we didn't need that room but I would have been very upset if I needed it as a bedroom, as it has no door and is the through way outside. The floors were very dirty and full of sand. The bed downstairs had sand through it and all the rugs are disgusting. I note that all the good reviews posted are 2023 & prior so I found that very interesting. The letting agent was excellent and very responsive.
