Beautifully styled, great layout in all rooms, big tiled bathroom with large shower, plenty of kitchen work space, comfy beds with super warm duvets, good alarm system. Very clean and tidy.

This worked out very well for us. We liked walking into Christchurch from the cottage, and car travel was easy too. The cottage was spotless, with fresh crockery and everything we needed to make it a very comfortable home for 11 nights. Great to sit out in garden too.

The house is well appointed with everything you need. It is a nice place to hang out, enjoy the backyard, do laundry, etc. Kitchen is small but well appointed. We cooked a couple meals and found everything we needed.
Some details about the property - like what goes in the recycle vs trash - were "hidden" in the book of notes.
There was a warning about taking valuables with you when you left the property. We didn't have any trouble, but that warning made us wonder about our safety a bit.
On the street parking. We were always able to find a spot close to the house.

Enjoyed our stay here. Unit was clean and well equipped. Good location and easy walk to many restaurants and the cities attractions.
