Urban Elegance - 2 Bed, 2 Bath in the CBD

New and modern apartment on 3 floors, with effective air-conditioning, kitchen/living room on the ground floor and rooms upstairs. It was one of the cleanest apartment we had in our stay of 6 locations. The kitchen is small but complete, with a dish washer (the tabs that do not dissolve completely. Suggest put them somewhere else than in the door), a combi washing-machine/tumbler (read instructions first!), a large fridge/freezer, coffe-maker, kettle, toaster, and sharp knifes! The living room part has a round dining table with chairs, a sofa and a large TV The 1st floor has a sleeping room with a large (160x200) bed with closet and separate bathroom The 2nd floor a master sleeping room with closet and en-suite bathroom. The surroundings are pretty quiet, despite the road. It is slightly remote (no supermarkets around), but only 10-15min walk away from city centre.

Like anywhere in NZ, you cannot make your sleeping room completely dark. On the 1st floor, the sleeping room was a bit small, and the bahroom is missing an open storage area. The fan cannot be separated from the light and is pretty loud. Apartment is slightly remote and you need to use your car to go and buy groceries, but on the other way, it is only 10-15min walk away from city centre.
