About this house rental
Welcome to this beautiful home in Pilottown Park - so close to downtown Lewes!
First floor consists of plenty of seating with a den and living room. The dining area has seating for eight with two tables and an open kitchen. The first floor also features a sunroom perfect for enjoying a nice warm day. The second floor has four bedrooms, one of which is the Primary Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms share a hall bathroom.
Relax on the sunroom on the back of the house or enjoy a game in the large yard. Walkable to downtown Lewes and a short drive to the beach.
Small dog up to 35 lbs welcome with non-refundable fee and signed addendum.
Three night minimum stays allowed. Ask your agent for details
All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

We had a wonderful week at 104 University Drive! I visited with my two boys (ages 9 and 12) and my parents (in their late 60s). We couldn’t have asked for a better place. The house was comfortable and stylish, giving everyone their own space while still offering plenty of living and dining room to spend time together. The kitchen was well stocked with enough pots and dishes for cooking and eating at home .The furniture and decor were beautiful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location was also very convenient for trips to the beaches and downtown Lewes. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week in Lewes, DE in this very clean and nicely decorated home close to downtown Lewes. We biked everywhere from this home - to the shops, restaurants, parks, and even to the ferry terminal for a fun adventure in Cape May, NJ. Having a garage was especially convenient to store the bikes and beach gear. The kitchen seemed to have every appliance needed, but we didn’t use it much because we were out enjoying all the great restaurants in town!

Home was spacious and had everything we needed. Family really loved just hanging out and playing games in the evening. Drive to beach is short and to make it less cumbersome we improved each day on what to bring. Just 2 improvements - I wish beds could be made with the linen service and when I was planning vacation, I wish realtor property manager could answer phone with a greeting like "good morning."
