About this house rental

308 Midland Ave. - Professionally Managed by Coldwell Banker Premier.
If you are looking for a spacious, well maintained and pet friendly beach rental- you have found it! This gem is close to town and the beach. The second floor includes an open and spacious living and kitchen area, 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is extra seating in the enclosed porch and in the 1ft floor living area. The 1st floor has another full bathroom and access to the patio and backyard. A perfect place for the kids and pet to run or enjoy a little back yard fun!

Pet friendly with a $250 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Dogs Only! Dogs under 60lbs permitted- small or medium breeds.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $209.00.

3 Night Stays- May/June

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

The house was very spacious and open. Well decorated and inviting. The location was a perfect walk to the beach and restaurants. The backyard is great for badminton and cornhole.

We love the house it was our 2nd time renting it. Perfect size for my family. I do feel it needs a few updates like a new dishwasher and maybe some new mattresses for the beds. Will most likely rent again. Thank you for opening your home to us!

We love everything about this vacation house! It feels like our home away from home for our family. We have plenty of room to stretch out,and all amenities are wonderful. I definitely see us renting this house for years to come as it has all the perks of being close to bay for our grandson,as well as a short stroll into lovely Lewes. We got a very quick and courteous reply for a small issue we had. Thank you for everything
