Spanish Key is a luxurious, gulf front, condominium located in Perdido Key, FL, just 100’ from the World-Famous Flora Bama. Amenities include an indoor pool, beach-side pool, gym, sauna, & BBQ area. Spanish Key 505 is a spacious, 3-BR, 3-BA unit featuring wood tile floors throughout, stainless appliances, full-sized washer/ dryer, Wi-Fi, & wet-bar. The dining table seats 4 plus 3 more at the breakfast bar. With a king-size bed in all bedrooms, unit 505 can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The Space:
Beautiful Gulf front unit with all the amenities you could ever desire. This complex is one of the most sought after in Perdido Key and when you get there you will see why. It is perfect for families as well as those who want to be entertained at the Flora-bama. Unit #505 is on the 5th floor. Once you stay in this unit, nothing else will do… The east end views are to die for. You can lay in your master suite bed and watch the sunrise. The unit is well-decorated with wood-plans floors throughout. With 3 large bedrooms, each with private bath, the whole family will be spoiled on this trip. There is a wet bar off the living area with and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a great meal with family and ample seating. Dining table seats 6 and stools at the bar provide extra seating. Separate laundry has a full-size washer and dryer. Master has a King bed, flat screen tv, private suite with jetted tub and separate shower, and Gulf front view with balcony access. Bedroom #2 has a king bed, TV and full private bath. Bedroom #3 has a king bed, TV/DVD and semi-private bath that is shared with living area. There are 2 cots for kids so although we advertise this condo as sleeping 6, if you wanted to put to kids on the cots, it could accommodate 8.
Spanish Key is located within walking distance to Florida Line, live entertainment, nightlife and restaurants. Amenities at Spanish Key include a BBQ area, indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna, exercise facilities and much more. There are many activities on the beach such as jet ski rentals, parasailing, chair/umbrella rentals and charter fishing, just to name a few. Find plenty of shopping on Beach Blvd or short drive to the huge outlet mall in Foley. World class golf courses all around. Come stay with us at Spanish Key and you will never want to stay anywhere else!
If you have a large party and need multiple condos, we also have the unit next door (Spanish Key 504) which has this same floor plan.
At this time, only one vehicle may park at the complex on the beach-side. A second vehicle may park in the overflow lot across from the complex.

My husband and I live about an hour away but had family friends visiting from the center of the country and they wanted to stay at the beach. This condo is conveniently located near boat rentals, restaurants, and Flora-Bama for live music and night life. The condo building is not so large that the beach was super crowded which was nice. We had a small electrical issue which was repaired in a timely manner. Something that just couldn't be helped. Everything else was as stated in listing. Property manager was super helpful. We will definitely stay again when opportunity presents itself!

We love Spanish Key. The unit was clean however updates were needed. The icemaker was off and had mildew on the walls that we had to clean before we used it. The front bedroom bedspread had a stain on it. The coffee pot was broken and leaked coffee all over the counter when we tried to use it and the living room furniture was old and full of sand. The outdoor furniture had a broken chair. I will go back to Spanish Key but will go to a different unit. Sorry for the harsh review. The property managers were great.
