Mediterranean 201 West is a luxury condo unit available for rent in the beachfront Mediterranean at Perdido Key condominium. This unit was just recently remodeled with new flooring, paint, furniture, and more! It has 4 bedrooms and a sleeping capacity of 9 guests. Spectacular views of the Gulf from the floor to ceiling windows and wraparound balcony will simply take your breathe away. The condominium building itself offers amazing amenities, and our unit is sure to be everything you could need and more for a fabulous vacation.
To make cooking, eating, and entertaining a breeze, the condo features a gourmet kitchen with wine cooler, double-sided sub-zero refrigerator, and stainless steel appliances. The large, comfortable living room offers views from every angle, as well as a flat-screen TV.
The master bedroom also has a gorgeous beach view, with a king bed and a large bathroom. There are 3 more guest bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with a queen and a twin bed. All bedrooms have their own private, attached bathrooms, and this condo can accommodate up to 9 guests!
With a vacation to the beach, what could be better than ideal beach access?! Mediterranean is located directly on the pristine white beaches of Perdido Key. Walk right down the private boardwalk and enjoy! Play in the sand, boogie board in the waves, collect seashells... the possibilities for adventure are endless! If pure relaxation is what you desire, lay in a beach chair, soak up the sun, and experience true tranquility to the sounds of the Gulf. On-site at Mediterranean is also a fabulous pool, that connects to both indoors and outdoors. The kids will love playing in the pool while the adults can watch and relax from the pool chairs, or join in on the fun!
Mediterranean offers an awesome meeting room in the complex with a full kitchen and tables/chairs. This is the perfect spot for any meeting or family gathering during your stay!
