About this apartment rental
Apartment “Baia dei Turchi Case Vacanza” features three double bedrooms (one with a double bed and two with single beds), each with air conditioning; a living room with a pull-out sofa and a kitchenette; and two bathrooms with showers.
“Baia dei Turchi Case Vacanza” is located in a gated residential complex in Baia dei Turchi, Brucoli (Syracuse), overlooking the sea in a natural bay of extraordinary beauty and surrounded by greenery.
It is located a few kilometers from the village of Brucoli (a 5-minute drive away), a village that has retained its original character as a fishing center, and among its attractions is a natural fjord that stretches for kilometers inland, a castle of Norman origin (now also serving as a lighthouse), and several shops, restaurants, and pubs.
The residential complex is able to meet a variety of housing needs for both single-family and multi-family households. You can enjoy a magnificent private beach, an amphitheater (built from local stone), a volleyball court, and a large Mediterranean garden with a sea view covering an area of 15,000 square meters.
The dominant theme of the entire complex is “Old Sicily.” An ancient fishing village built with functional architecture, pastel-colored stucco, local stone, and terracotta floors.
Very peaceful
Well-maintained furniture
A large terrace measuring 12 square meters
An ideal geographical setting
