Charming apartment, whose peculiarity is the floor formed by the typical Sicilian cement tiles and vaulted roofs, consisting of two large and bright bedrooms of 32sqm and 25sqm both with balconies.

It is equipped with an equipped kitchenette and a modern and spacious bathroom with linen, shower with hydromassage column and hairdryer.
In all rooms there are air conditioners-heat pump.
Even if the apartment is located in the historical center, protection from external noise is guaranteed thanks to the window frames with thermal break glass.
On request it is possible to equip the accommodation with a camping cradle, for our youngest guests.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building dating back to the end of the 18th century, which currently has no lift. A few steps, but still worth it, even considering the view from the balconies.
Entrance hall, staircase and landing are part of the historical peculiarity of the building.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We looked for a stay which would be in the heart of the city center and this apartment is.
Our host was very responsive throughout our stay and what I appreciated is he offered a late check out on his own.
the apartment is clean and charming. Be advised though this is a 3rd floor apartment so there are many stairs to go up/down on. My wife has mobility issues and I just didn’t pay attention that this would be the case so it was tough on her to climb them. But this was on me and not the advertisement.
In the end, well priced and charming place to stay.
