We were throughly pleased with the property. It was clean and very comfortable with nice little touchs throughout. Location was ideal. We loved the outdoor patio.

Very small. Clean. I have gluten and food issues and therefore need to cook. There is practically nothing to cook with. Two skillets, one stockpot, two or three cooking utensils. Nothing in cupboards—if you need to cook you’ll need to bring everything from home. There were only two chairs for the table. I had to sit/eat on the sofa so the kids could sit at the table. You’ll also need bring extra paper supplies. Close to beach a plus. Quiet neighborhood, friendly people.

The property was in the perfect location!! Close enough for us to walk to town, the farmer’s market, and the beach.Would suggest maybe another mirror in the apartment. Also the beds were very hard and uncomfortable.
