Loved the little cottage! Super cute and cozy. The outdoor space was lovely! Kitchen was small, but perfect for lunch and breakfast. They provided everything you could need! Hope to be back soon!

We loved staying in Frankfort and the closeness of the cottage to downtown shops and restaurant was so nice. It was also very nice to be able to walk to the beach as well.
This listing is pretty accurate. However, it was VERY humid and hot this past week. Unfortunately, the window a/c unit does not cool the house down AT ALL. We tried running it the first evening for probably 4-5 hours and it was still just as hot as when we arrived inside. We ran window fans and several big fans (provided from the basement) to keep it bearable for the duration of our stay. Also, the wifi signal was very weak and constantly dropped.. just something to note for future renters. My biggest issue with the house would have been, because of some rain, we did stay inside a couple mornings and the furniture is just not comfortable for lounging. I would suggest that a new a/c system and a comfortable couch would make a world of difference for this cottage.
