Centrally located on a quiet residential street in the quaint town of Frankfort, MI. 2 main floor bedrooms with cozy living room with lots of light, and kitchen with attached dining room. Upstairs large master suite with king size bed and private bathroom. Front porch and back patio for grilling and relaxing outdoors, with a fire pit for evenings. Spend your getaway walking or biking the downtown area, relaxing at the beach, and exploring the many local outdoor attractions. Wineries, breweries, the Sleeping Bear national lakeshore, and Platte River are all within 15 minute drive. Many opportunities for golfing within 15 mile drive south to Arcadia, or southeast to Crystal Mountain. Excellent location for driving to Crystal Mountain (17 miles) for skiing in the winter as well.

Although there were some initial concerns, communication with the owner was excellent and issues were dealt with. Love the location. Would stay in this property in the future

House was great, clean, and in a nice location. It definitely is not “lake view” as the listed stated, and the upstairs master bedroom does not have a door, it is an open loft stairway so lacks the privacy of a real bedroom. But the house was in a great spot near all the downtown amenities and shops, it was nice and clean inside which is always the most important thing to me. It was great to have the washer and dryer. We would definitely stay again!
