Centrally located on a quiet residential street in the quaint town of Frankfort, MI. 2 main floor bedrooms with cozy living room with lots of light, and kitchen with attached dining room. Upstairs large master suite with king size bed and private bathroom. Front porch and back patio for grilling and relaxing outdoors, with a fire pit for evenings. Spend your getaway walking or biking the downtown area, relaxing at the beach, and exploring the many local outdoor attractions. Wineries, breweries, the Sleeping Bear national lakeshore, and Platte River are all within 15 minute drive. Many opportunities for golfing within 15 mile drive south to Arcadia, or southeast to Crystal Mountain. Excellent location for driving to Crystal Mountain (17 miles) for skiing in the winter as well.

This is a sweet and sturdy older house in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to the beach and Main St. In general the house was clean and well kept. The kitchen was large and easy to use, good appliances, but you might want to bring your own cookware. The upstairs bed was quite comfortable and in a great room, the downstairs queen bed was very soft. Good A/C and heat. Nice front and back porch and patio. Floors, a few doors and windows could use some work. Kristin is a great host, quick response, and is very nice to work with. We had a lovely visit and really appreciated being able to bring our dog.

Walking distance to everything you need. House was clean, check in and check out went smoothly and communication was great. We would stay again.
