This is a 2 story cottage style duplex. This rental is on the ground floor and offers private entrance and private deck. Panoramic views of the 30 acres of marsh surrounding the home. There is a separate entrance and privacy fencing separating the two rentals on this property so you can enjoy lots of privacy and relaxation.
Marsh Haven Features: direct marsh views, tile/wood floors, large private deck, custom tiled shower, gourmet kitchen with Granite Island and stainless steel appliances, cable tv, wi-fi internet access, private washer and dryer and ceiling fans in every room. - just bring your toothbrush.

The rental was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The high end kitchen made it easy to cook meals when we wanted to stay in. The view from the deck was gorgeous! It was very relaxing to sit and birdwatch.It was peaceful and quiet while even being just minutes away from attractions. Our three-week stay just wasn’t long enough. We definitely recommend!

The property is beautiful, quiet and very comfortable.
Beautifully decorated and lots of room.
The property is close to grocery and historic district and just far enough away from traffic and crowds to enjoy the area.
I so recommend for your visit to St. Augustine.

The property is minutes to all the charm and bustle of historic St Augustine. When you’re tired of that, just step out the back sliders and gaze at a gorgeous marsh! We even saw roseate spoonbills, St Augustine’s famous pink birds.
The property had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay there again 💕

Kayaks were different as we drove into the property.
Clean. A lot of great pictures on the wall. Liked the washer and dryer.
