Historic Gem, Modern Comfort within walking distance to Town.

This is a very nice place. Quite neighborhood. Close to a lot of attractions.

Lovely cared for home. Spotlessly clean. Lovely furnishing. Well stocked kitchen. I wish I had this houses kitchen at home ! Super close to everything, yet very quiet and restful. We spent our evenings out on the porch relaxing. We walked to the restaurant Cortesse Bistro. Wonderful dinner.Everything was well laid out and the host was wonderful. Very good communication.I highly recommend this house!

All you have to bring are your clothes and whatever food and drinks you want. Otherwise, everything else you need is already in this house. It is absolutely beautiful. All the comforts of home. Very quiet neighborhood and well kept properties all around. The Fountain of Youth is just down the street. Very convenient. You do hear the peacocks throughout the day and night (if you’re on the porch), but can’t hear them from in the house. I highly recommend this house for either a short or long stay. Very comfortable and very clean. I can’t wait to go back

Gerald is a great host, communication was easy, he’s responded almost right away, but actually we have had no issues or questions. House is at a great location, close to the beach- you can walk or bike if you wish, or 5 min drive.Also coffer shop just a few minutes away. House itself is pristine clean & decorated. Everything was working & in perfect condition. A/C & fans are working perfectly. Gerald has provided all you need, even wee-wee pads & cleaning tissues for pets. Fenced backyard.We stayed for 3 night with our beloved dog & we definitely come back without hesitation! Love everything in this house.Highly recommended!!Thank you Gerald!
