About this house rental
Cypress cottage is nestled underneath our 100 year old twin Oaks very close to downtown Saint Augustine and to our beautiful sandy beaches. It is the main house of our duplex. Cedar cottage Is unique with Mahogany and pine floors, a large spacious kitchen with Butcher block countertops and Sunlight radiating through the double windows. Lots of room to relax. The private front porch invites you into a beautifully restored 1958 vintage style home nestled very close to Downtown St. Augustine. Sleeps 6 very comfortably. The back yard is shared with a fire pit and electric grill and seating. Events are permitted with a nominal event fee if all 3 properties are reserved.

This cozy house was exactly what we needed. Easy to find, quiet Street, just right for the three of us. The beds were comfy. Outside had a cute area for just sitting. I would book again.

Great property and very accommodating with the dog. We loved the location and how close it was to the beach and downtown St. Aug. Perfect spot!

My overall impression of the property was decent for a last minute get away. When we arrived at the property there was plenty of room for parking. There was someone staying in the little house that was attached to the house which we thought was a little strange but that person never bothered us. When we walked inside the decor was very cute but it definitely could use some renovations. The bathroom is where we thought could use some work. The latch to flush the toilet broken when we got there so we had to be extra careful flushing the toilet, the water pressure for the shower wasn’t good. Overall, for a last minute trip I would recommend this place.
