Located in the desirable ocean block of North Bethany, our home combines the peaceful atmosphere of Delaware's “Quiet Resorts” with convenient access to everything Bethany Beach has to offer. Spend your days walking the beach, biking along the coast, golfing, fishing, shopping, or exploring nearby restaurants—and return home in the evening to enjoy a beautiful bay sunset and a cozy night by the fireplace.
Spacious, Comfortable & Designed for Families
Our professionally decorated, three-level home offers plenty of room for families and groups to spend time together while still enjoying their own space. With multiple bedrooms, several living and entertainment areas, a children's loft, private office, gourmet kitchen, and generous indoor and outdoor spaces, everyone can find a favorite place to relax.
First Floor Bedrooms
The first floor features two comfortable bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom: King bed with private full bathroom featuring a soaking tub and separate shower.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed, twin bed and crib, with a large full bathroom and shower conveniently located nearby.
Gourmet Kitchen & Living Areas
The heart of our home is the fully stocked gourmet kitchen, perfect for everything from a leisurely breakfast to a family seafood feast or special dinner together.
The kitchen features a professional gas range, granite countertops, an oversized 48-inch refrigerator/freezer, two dishwashers, dedicated ice maker, and plenty of cookware, dishes and kitchen essentials.
The spacious main living room features a fireplace and 4K Ultra HD TV—especially inviting on a cool fall evening.
A separate Florida Room with another 4K TV provides an additional gathering and entertainment space, particularly convenient for families traveling with children.
Second Floor
The second level offers two spacious bedrooms, a laundry room and a private office stocked with books—a convenient space for anyone who needs to work remotely or simply wants a quiet place to read.
An open loft overlooks the main living room and offers views toward the community tennis court.
Third-Floor Kids' Loft
Kids love having a space of their own! Our third-floor loft features two trundle beds, each with a pull-out bed, comfortably sleeping four.

This house was amazing and looks just as pictured - even nicer in person. Our kids loved the loft bedroom and the kitchen was fantastic. It even had 2 dishwashers! Loved the private community and beach. It was very quiet and peaceful. Jorge was very communicative and an excellent host. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Would highly reccomend!

Outstanding layout for 10-12 guests. Top of the line appliances,kitchen utensils, cabinet space ,etc.Most gracious,cooperative and helpful host.Overall, a wonderful experience and one that we paln to repeat next summer.

Great property as pictured. Host was very nice and communicative. Very close to a private beach which we loved. Set up was very friendly for young children too!
