Brian and Caroline were fantastic hosts. Excellent communication, easy check in and out, and the property was exactly as described. The apt is in the perfect spot to park the car and walk the area. I would definitely recommend this listing as it’s perfect for a couple. Would definitely stay again!

Nicely updated apartment and centrally located to everything in Kennebunkport all within walking distance. Didn’t indicate in description that it’s 17 steps up and it’s a bit cumbersome for a weeks sta with gear and luggage. Recommend for short stays. Kitchen had ample supply of pans, dishes and glasses. But only one large dull knife. We did not get any toiletries or extra towels. Had to ask for beach towels and owner gave us a pair kind of reluctantly. The hot tub was out of order and we were not informed. Saw sign on it in room upon arrival. Also. there areno longer any beach passes included. Just FYI it’s $$25-30 daily for beach passes and $100 weekly pass for non residents. The description did not match what we got. TV in BR was not Smart just basic cable. Pull out sofa as a love seat was stiff and uncomfortable. We had to notify the owners whenever we had trash. They are very responsive and handled all requests. The view is somewhat obstructed from the deck. The parking is very challenging even though you have a dedicated spot. We walked everywhere. Gooch’s beach is about a 15-20 minute walk. Very close to stores for food and beverages and other provisions.
