About this apartment rental
This is a charming newly renovated waterfront second floor condo that's walking distance to the shops and restaurants located in Dock Square, Kennebunkport. It is one mile from the Kennebunk beaches. Offering a cheery, bright open floor plan with lots of windows including living room, dining area with river view, and beautiful kitchen with new granite counter tops. The owners spared no expense renovating the whole place along with purchasing new living room furniture which adds to the comfort of this condo. The Condo sleeps 4. The spacious master suite with King bed and complete newly renovated master bathroom with full size walk in glass shower. There is a second bedroom with twin beds which can be converted to King Bed on request with an adjacent updated full bath and laundry area. The private deck overlooks the Kennebunk River as well as the English gardens where you can relax and have morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Use our private dock for your kayak, paddle board or enjoy fishing. An outside table and chairs near the dock with use of a Gas Grill. This Condo is a great place to spend a week in the summer or year round a minimum of three nights.

This place is gorgeous. It is a short walk to all the cool shops and restaurants that Kennebunkport has to offer and a great location from which to explore the region between Portsmouth NH (which we highly recommend) to Portland. The host was very helpful and responsive.
