We have stayed in the Naples area over the Xmas period for the last few years as we love the area and this house is the best we have stayed in. It is very clean, really nicely updated and the kitchen is well stocked. The beds and bedding were really comfortable and the layout was perfect for us with the 3 bathrooms being private. Pool and pool area has plenty of room and south facing which meant we had the sun pretty much all day. The owner, Alex, responded in a timely and courteous manner when we had questions. We would definitely return.

Updated kitchen, living room/dining area furniture and guest baths made this property feel welcoming. The Lanai, pool and pond view made for many relaxing days enjoying these outdoor amenities. Alex, the property owner was very responsive to any issues we had.

Having stayed in Briarwood on many occasions, this villa did not disappoint.
We needed a four bedroom villa with a pool, the layout was perfect as the master was situated slightly distanced from the rest of the family - providing a bit of peace!
The kitchen was well equipped and the refurbishments gave a more contemporary feel to the villa.
Beachchairs, umbrella and cart were available to use.
Lovely walks around the estate and down to the community play area and plenty of shopping at Coastland Mall, Coconut Point and Miromar Lakes.
The host replied promptly when needed.
