This wonderful living space has its own private entrance and is fully separate from the main house.

The modern, loft style apartment is located in an elevated position at the rear of the main house with distant ocean views which can been seen from the mezzanine bedroom level; the perfect place to explore the stunning beaches of Bronte, Bondi and Tamarama.

A truly unique, architecturally designed two storey studio comprising of contemporary industrial elements; think polished concrete floors and ceilings, cement beams and expansive glass and steel. The studio features a ground floor open plan living and dining area with its own modern kitchenette and bathroom. You'll find full width bi-fold doors giving an extended living space which leads out on to the private terrace and garden.

Upstairs, the mezzanine level contains a large main bedroom and office space with views out towards the sea. Whether you plan on spending your days playing in the crystal blue waters of beautiful Bronte Beach, unwinding by taking the coastal walk or enjoying one of many local trendy cafes, then this is one comfy little place to call home.

Centrally located, you are close to all forms of public transport with buses and taxis that will deliver you to some great shopping at Bondi Junction or; should you wish to venture further afield to visit the famous Sydney landmarks of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge, there is easy access to the city by train as well.

This spot is a real find. Exactly as good as it looks on here! Loved opening the glass doors to the garden in the morning, and wandering down the road to get great coffee (loads of options!) Host is also great, I got ill while here and they were so nice (plus thanks for the surprise bread!). Good internet etc. Stayed here solo and felt totally safe. Would come back when in the area with my partner as it’s a great place for two - def my Bronte area pick from now on!
