Smaller Room than we thought. The couch bed was uncomfortable

It was cleaned and convenient also quite cute little place to stay

Everything was great for me,

I enjoyed the location, it was a short walk to Bondi Junction that can take a train into city/bondi or bus.

I would like to see some more ammenities like towels, tissues, cleaning/bathroom supplies. A mirror in the bathroom would be nice, and a new sofa as the current one feels like its past its prime like its not a good seat or mattress, there were some alarming things, old looking space heaters with a burn near the outlet, and a mangled toaster. All can be forgiven because it didn't pose an issue but just needs some attention.

Good location 15 mins walk from Bondi Junction train and bus station and 35min walk to the beach

Pretty grubby with mouldy window frames Plug sockets sparked if you used them The TV had no signal Bathroom door wouldn't close No heating except a portable heater which smelt like burning if you turned it on Kitchen so poorly equipped you couldn't actually cook Advertised as free parking but told we couldn't use the enclosed spot and there was never space on the street nearby The prices for "extras" such as a baby bassinet were insane! The worst of 10 accomodations we have stayed at during our trip to Australia with one of the highest price points
