Urban Rest Bondi Beach

Amazing location in Bondi Beach. The apartment was gorgeous and really clean.

Could have had a few more cutlery.

5 minute walk to Bondi beach near shops & restaurants.

Location was excellent. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Loved having a yoga mat and weights in the apartment. Car space was great.

Nothing major. Overall the property was great. There was some noise disturbance from other residents but these occasions were infrequent. We did not report them but in any event they were dealt with promptly by the staff. We got locked out before our agreed extended check out time which was stressful. Luckily I had my phone and could call to gain a new entry code. It would have been a disaster if I had gone out without my phone as we had to catch a flight.

Bathroom sink clogged on arrival A pile of construction rubbish in the corner of our balcony A completely exposed ventilation in bathroom ceiling with masking tape cross over it. Huge floor stain in elevator. Broken level button in elevator. Huge pile of construction rubbish on our apartment level next to lift. Very poor stay. Not worth the spend. Emailed my.concerns only the sink was fixed and no compensation offered for the inconvenience and disappointment 😕
