The apartment was as per described. We thoroughly enjoyed the courtyard with our 2 bedroom with parking property! We also had 2 bathrooms too which was a nice treat. The location was superb, walking distance to all things Bondi. The staff were lovely, allowed us an extra couple of hours at checkout to grab breakfast whilst still keeping our cars securely parked in the garage.

Bathroom sink clogged on arrival
A pile of construction rubbish in the corner of our balcony
A completely exposed ventilation in bathroom ceiling with masking tape cross over it.
Huge floor stain in elevator. Broken level button in elevator.
Huge pile of construction rubbish on our apartment level next to lift.
Very poor stay. Not worth the spend. Emailed my.concerns only the sink was fixed and no compensation offered for the inconvenience and disappointment 😕
