We loved sitting on the deck a few feet from Fall River. One morning a group of mule deer crossed just up-steam while we were sitting out there. The location near the Fall River entrance to RMNP allowed us to avoid the town when we wanted to, but it is close enough to reach town in a few minutes. The kitchen was well-supplied with utensils. We really enjoyed staying here.

Gorgeous creek view with cozy deck for viewing/dining. Quick 5 minute drive to downtown Estes park for shopping and great restaurants (highly recommend The Hive and Bird and Jim’s). Full kitchen amenities. Even some basics for cooking like olive oil and different spices. Check in was a breeze—keyless entry. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend!

We LOVED our stay. The Fall River was so amazing right out our back door and some elk one day too ! Host was responsive and it was perfect size for 2 kids and 2 adults Thank you. We will be back
