Welcome to Moraine Circle 30, a fully updated three bedroom townhome located in the mountain area of Steamboat Springs. This mid-century modern home features hotel-style luxury linens, fresh decor, and updated technology, all being less than a mile from Steamboat Resort.

Walk into style when entering this unique three level mountain townhome. Drop off your gear in the foyer mudroom and head upstairs to the split main level, the ideal space to spend some quality time with your group. The kitchen features plenty of counter space and modern appliances, perfect for the chef in your group. There is also a wine fridge and dining area with plenty of seating for a fun dinner at home. Head up a few steps the second part of the split level living area to find a entertainer's paradise. Fully equipped with a game table, flat screen TV, board games, and front patio access. Curl up with a good book, work on a good puzzle, snuggle up and have a movie night, or simply warm up by the fire on the large wrap around couch.

Ready to rest easy? Head to the Primary King Suite located on the main level that features a private deck, ensuite bathroom and large walk in closet. The other bedrooms are split amongst the other upper level and lower levels. On the upper level find an expansive King Suite with a private deck with valley views. Stylish comfort prevails in this Second King Suite that boasts hotel-style luxury linens, ensuite bathroom, and walk in closet. Head downstairs to the lower level and find the Bunk Room, a space that is perfect for the kiddos! This bedroom features two sets of Twin/Queen bunk beds with patio access that leads out onto the expansive green space behind the property. Check out the in-home sauna on this level and additional living space with flat screen TV, the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of adventure!

Location: Located in Cornerstone/Moraine Townhome complex off of Clubhouse Drive. 1/2 mile to Steamboat Resort, 4 miles from downtown Steamboat & 1/4 mile to shopping & dining. The free city bus (purple line) stops at the street corner of Moraine Circle every 20 minutes (during ski season) and takes passengers to the Gondola Transit Center.

The condo was great for our trip. We honestly didn't cook too much, but kitchen space was good. There's lots of space and many levels for everyone to spread out. Shuttle was perfect because the unit is not walking distance to anything. But a shuttle will pick you up and drop right at Gondola Transit Center or Downtown and all of the drivers were great.

Great place for my family of 4. My teens appreciated having so much space for themselves. Heating worked so well, we were super comfortable throughout our stay. Appreciated having a garage with direct access to the home. Communication with management was top notch. Checking in and out couldn't have been easier. Location was great- super close to the ski resort, market and downtown. The free shuttle service was so convenient (arrives within 5min of requesting one..right to your door!).

Hello, Kudos to the staff at Steamboat Lodging for addressing various issues we had during our stay. They were very responsive and helpful! Positives: the living and dining room areas were very nice and accomodated our party of six very well. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The washer/dryer worked well. The foyer was a perfect place to store our jackets, helmets, boots, etc. Finally, the shuttle was an amazing convenience and one of the reasons we book with Steamboat Lodging. Need for improvement: All of the appliances (except the washer/dryer) are in need of updating. We had issues with the dishwasher not draining properly, the ice making machine was broken (thank you for bringing us ice), the water filter in the fridge was either broken or needed to be replaced, and the light above the stovetop was broken. The kitchen had a hodge podge of old pots and pans, dishware, flatware, cooking utensils, glasses, etc. It needs to be refreshed. All of the bathrooms need updating as well. It looks original, with low counters and toilets, old tub in master, etc. The hot tubs did not work for the first day or two of our stay (thank you for following up with the condo association and ultimately getting it fixed). Finally, it would be much more convenient to have a keyless entry at the front door than to come in through the garage every time. With the vehicle parked in the garage, we often would send one person through the garage to unlock the front door for everyone else to enter. The unit has so much potential! We would definitely rent here again if these updates were made. Thank you!
