Welcome to Sea Coast Gardens 2 # 508 "Seashell Suite"! This recently updated 2/2 is located on the desirable top floor which offers gorgeous views of the ocean, beach, and pools! The fully equipped kitchen includes all new appliances and everything you need to make meals or snacks. This condo sleeps 4 guests with a new Sleep Science King Bed in the Master Bedroom and 2 twin beds in the Guest Bedroom.

We enjoy NSB but were concerned about the beach erosion in front of our complex, and surprised that there was bulldozing going on the whole month we were there.

This place would have been great. However, it wasn't until after I signed the rental agreement that the lessor altered us that the complex was undergoing construction that had been taking place for several months prior and was scheduled to continue throughout our stay. There was jackhammering of concrete on the balconies most of the day on every weekday starting at 8:00 am. You could not enjoy the property or the beach. It was misleading of the lessor not to alert renters prior to executing the agreement. This was a material fact that was withheld prior to us signing the lease.
