Sea Coast Gardens II 114 is an air-conditioned, two-bedroom two-bathroom condo that sleeps six comfortably. From the moment you walk through the front door, you'll know you are in a special place.
The dining room table is the perfect place for a family meal during your vacation! With placemats that match the décor of the house and enough seating for six, you'll be amazed at how easy it is to clean up later! After dinner, you can go and enjoy a movie or two with your guests. The main living area features cable TV with a Blu-Ray/DVD player and free Wi-Fi. There's also plenty of comfortable seating where you and your guests can spread out and play games.
At Sea Coast Gardens II 114, you will find a large master bedroom with a giant window, so you can experience the Floridian sunshine. The room also offers a ceiling fan and a flat-screen TV for late-night viewing. Guests staying in the master bedroom have easy access to a bathroom with walk-in shower and large vanity. You'll have plenty of room to get ready for a day of fun in New Smyrna Beach. The second bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds. Both bedrooms provide plenty of storage space for your clothes.

We enjoyed our time in NSB. The unit we had could use some upgrades. The door wall worked very hard and would not lock. We had difficulty with the touch keypad when trying to get back in. Many times we went in through the door wall that didn't lock! We couldn't turn heat on without blowing a fuse. Most of the lamps had 3 way switches but no 3 way bulbs. Would have been nice to have info on the different remotes for 3 different TVs.

We have stayed at this complex several times and always enjoy it. This unit was nice. The only issue we had was all the doors had some sort of issue closing, locking, or unlocking. Maintenance team was advised and I'm sure they will be fixed. Otherwise all good!

This unit was perfect for our needs. We rented this for my mom and nephews for a group visit to NSB. Love the first floor unit so we didn’t have to haul everything upstairs. The back patio door is a little hard to open and close but otherwise a great stay!
