My son and l had a beautiful stay the pool was excellent our condo was comfy and beds were amazingly! I got lots of sun Kenny got lots of fishing and my seashell picking was plentiful we loved the stay! Management was very helpful and the rules were easy to follow. Thank you.

Office person said we couldn’t check in 1.5 hours early even though onsite crew (2) ladies said we could so we sat there with all luggage and children in tow locked out. Completely rude.
The chairs on the deck are extremely and dangerously rusted out, literally can’t be used. They need to be replaced.
If you are reading this, we love the place, stayed there twice and will stay again, but would expect some kindness and leniency of 1.5 hours of an early check in when the unit is cleaned and uninhabited, going the extra mile and attempting to have memorable, exceptional custom service goes a long way.
If you don’t offer early check, take the field off the portal under “My Reservations” where it says “Early Check In”

I’ll start with the positives: location is fantastic, property management was amazing, furniture in unit was good and well designed for the beach. Negatives: master bath very small, chairs on patio completely rusted and rugs disgusting in hallway and patio. Construction on sea wall on progress. Not much can be done about that. Lots of sand in pool but they have people working consistently throughout the day to clean up. Property manager was super friendly.
