Our Seacoast Gardens II resort has all the perks you seek, including one convenient designated parking spot, elevator, mobile app-based laundry right outside the unit & trash chute just down the hall. Grab your suit & head out for some fun in the sun. Take advantage of two family size pools (one is heated Jan-Feb) plus two kiddie pools, outdoor grills, clubhouse with restrooms, pool deck with ample lounge chairs all on the edge of a beautiful sandy no-drive section of New Smyrna Beach!
Beach/Pool access bands provided must be worn while on property and left on the checkin table upon exit. A $20 replacement fee per band will apply for lost bands. The office is NOT able to provide additional bands or parking passes.
Other things to note
*SeaCoast Gardens 2/3 requires wristbands to be worn at all times in the common area. *Please refrain from using candles or incense. *Grills and fire-pits are not permitted
*Gas grills are available for use at the rear of the clubhouse. Sign-up sheet is located on the bulletin board in the clubhouse. Please clean after use!
*Office does not provide additional wristbands or parking passes. Ask ahead for visitor parking pass.

It was absolutely perfect in every way. Our goal was beach time and this condo delivered. Whether we were just hanging out on the deck overlooking the beach or a 2 minute walk to get down to the beach it was fantastic. Also, the parking spot is close, the condo was immaculate and had all the amenities. Richard and Julie were gracious hosts and provided all the info we needed ahead of time to prepare. We will definitely be back!

This place was fantastic. It was clean, had comfy beds, all the necessities, and the absolute BEST VIEW. Check in was simple, check out was also super easy. The people who live and were also visiting were lovely, including the manager of the buildings. We will certainly be back!

Loved the unit. Provided us with all of the amenities we needed. Most importantly we had great access to the beach and beautiful sunrises right from the balcony . Having access to the heated pool with the cooler weather was wonderful. Shopping and dining opportunities are in abundance.
