Stay above Punta Uva with ocean breezes, jungle views, and a private infinity pool. Panorama Verde Pool House has 3 bedrooms with A/C, sleeps up to 12, and features trails, terraces, and a full kitchen.
Welcome to Panorama Verde Pool House, your Caribbean jungle escape above Punta Uva. From the terrace and infinity pool you’ll catch glimpses of the sea, framed by the lush canopy of the Gandoca–Manzanillo Wildlife Refuge.
The villa was designed for gathering — whether it’s family, friends, or both. Inside, three spacious bedrooms comfortably sleep up to twelve guests, each with air conditioning and curtains for privacy. The master suite has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and its own terrace overlooking the garden and pool. A second bedroom with two queen beds includes a half bath, while the third bedroom, with three sets of bunk beds, opens onto a terrace with pool views. In total, the house offers 4.5 bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of space.
The kitchen, with its large island, invites long conversations while meals are prepared, and the living room, with TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, is a cozy place to relax after a day in the sun.
Step outside to the infinity pool, where you can swim beneath the jungle sky, grill by the BBQ, or share meals in the open-air dining area. Trails weave through the property, perfect for birdwatching or a quiet morning walk. With on-site staff caring for the grounds, your stay is both easy and carefree.

Pictures don't do justice. All three bedrooms were great size. We had 7 people and plenty of room. Outside was amazing. Watched monkey's in the trees one morning. The pool was great. No complaints at all about the house.

The space was clean and kitchen had all the things we needed to cook meals. Lots of towels provided and pool was kept clean. Screens on windows and beautiful landscape. Nice private space filled with sounds of local animals. We saw green macaws, howler monkeys, dart frogs, lizards and lots of different types of bugs.
Good communication with property managers.
Maybe add shades in the bedroom and provide real glass cups in lieu of all plastic.

I rented this place for a family vacation and everyone loved it! House is amazing with a large pool to relax after beach days, bedrooms and decoration are great and comfortable. Casas del caribe service was top notch, always there to solve whatever I needed, very professional and reliable.
