Seawings is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa and part of Dragon Cay Resort. It is set on a ridge offering sweeping views of Dragon Cay rock formation at Mudjin Harbor and the Atlantic Ocean. This Villa has a large open living area that is perfect for groups or families, with seating for 6-7 people, and spacious living and dining areas. The villa faces the ocean and has large windows and sliding doors to a screened-in porch and an open-air sun deck. Perfect to relax and drink in the magical views.

Each of the Dragon Cay Resort cottages and villas are nestled into the breathtaking oceanside landscape, only a short walk to the beach, restaurant and trails. Our cottages offer quaint beachy decor, ocean views, personal kitchens, air conditioning, private patios, Wi-Fi, Fire stick TV, and parking.
Our guests can enjoy requested housekeeping service, an on-site manager and concierge. Water sports and activity equipment including paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available to rent on-site. My family of four stayed at Seawings for a week (Dec 29, 2024 - Jan 5, 2025). The property is appointed perfectly for a family stay from the layout of the house to the kitchen appliances. The property is part of the Dragon Cay Resort complex and overlooks Mudjin Harbor. The sea breeze and sound of the harbor easily move through the house. The windows perfectly frame the harbor and the ocean perched at the top of the harbor bluffs. While there are other properties within the resort, we never once felt too close in proximity to neighboring villas. We felt secluded and free to live our best vacation selves. It was a safe environment, too. Often, we left the villas unlocked. And, certainly left the windows and patio doors open at night to catch the breeze and sound of the harbor.The beach is beautiful. It is a short walk down a path from the top of the bluffs. It is absolutely the type of beach you could spend the entire day on - swimming, reading, snorkeling, and exploring.Middle Caicos is wonderful. Bambarra Beach is quite possibly the most beautiful beach in the world. Wild Cow Run is worth the trip. Staying at Seawings will require a car. Stop at a grocery store on North Caicos because restaurant food will add literally thousands of dollars to your trip.We will definitely return to Seawings in Middle Caicos!
