About this house rental
If you are seeking a romantic tropical hide-away or a secluded place to escape with your family or very close adult friends, this 3 bedroom 2 and a half bath single family two storey home nestled on a peninsula in Whitby, North Caicos, awaits you. Here you will enjoy the best of what North Caicos has to offer; uninterrupted picturesque views, white powdery sandy beaches and days punctuated with activities such as kayaking, snorkeling, fishing and visits to places of historical and ecological interest should you wish to explore the island.
This spacious home is newly constructed and beautifully decorated with modern amenities and all the comforts that you would expect in a home away from home. The property is furnished with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops throughout, washer and dryer and central A/C. The master bedroom has a king size bed, an adjoining large master bathroom with a large soaking tub, shower, walk-in closet, and custom cherry double vanity and linen cabinets. From the living room a grand staircase leads guest upstairs to two additional queen bedrooms, a very large shared bathroom and an outdoor patio which is ideally decorated and situated to enhance your rest and relaxation experience.
To keep you in touch with the outside world telephone and internet service is available in the home and the living room has a 46” flat screen Smart TV for your viewing pleasure.
To get here, simply book your flight to Providenciales International Airport (PLS). After arrival, a very scenic 25 minutes water ferry ride, via TCI Ferry service, will bring you to an island where peace and tranquility awaits you. The ferry departs from Heaving Down Rock, Walkin Marina on Providenciales and arrives at Bellfield Landing Dock on North Caicos. Alternatively, if you are arriving or departing on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday, you may take a short 15 minutes flights from Providenciales International Airport to the recently named Clifford Gardiner Airport in North Caicos. The name of the airline providing air service is Caicos Express.
Due to its serenity, pristine nature, friendly people and absolutely no crowds, and its proximity to Provo by air and seas, North Caicos is quickly becoming the island of first choice for visitors to the Turks and Caicos Islands. Opportunities for good dining experiences are increasing; so too are activities for all age groups. For thrill seekers jet skiing, ATV rides, horse backing riding have recently become available.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Emerald Estate. We came during low season and knew that North Caicos was far less crowded than Providenciales, but we were absolutely amazed at how empty the beaches were. We had entire days where we saw no other people on vast stretches of beach, it was amazing. If you are looking for a busy place with tons of activities, this is not your spot, but if you are looking for a quiet retreat in a beautiful location, this is it! The house was beautiful, well maintained, and had all of the amenities we'd hoped for. Cold AC, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, etc. We left the kids behind on this trip, and the house was far more than we needed for just the two of us, but the upstairs bedrooms would have made this a great place for a family as well. There was a good amount of water provided for us in gallon jugs on our arrival, but you will need to purchase more at one of the local grocery stores, as even the locals purchase filtered water for drinking. We rented an SUV, and had no troubles navigating the roads, even in the most remote locations, and we visited many remote beaches. We also used the provided kayaks and paddled over to Bay Cay, which has miles of empty beaches and we saw turtles, sharks, and lots of iguanas. Communication from Clara was great, and we absolutely loved the entire trip. Thank you for being a great host, and we hope to stay again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront home in North Caicos. The ocean views were absolutely stunning, and the area was very quiet and secluded — perfect for relaxing. The property was spotless, and Clara was an amazing host with excellent communication and always easy to reach. Highly recommended!

If you are considering this house - do not hesitate, book it now. It is beautiful and has all the comforts of home. Brand new washer and dryer - spacious fridge/freezer- dishwasher- Keurig- upstairs bedrooms have smart TV’s as well as the living room. WiFi that is reliable and strong- just to name a few! Clara our host had fantastic communication! A short distance down the road at the end of the peninsula is a remote sandy beach that we had all to ourselves the majority of our stay. We rented a jeep and went to middle Caicos a few times! We found beautiful shells right out the backdoor just a few steps in the water. Sunrise and sunsets were stunning from the upstairs balcony.
