About this house rental
This newly renovated lakeside cottage boast a beautiful flat lot; right on the water's edge. The house is centrally located on the lake, has fabulous views, and a private dock. There are 2 bedrooms, and a loft area; comfortably sleeping 6 guests. This cottage is within an easy commute for day trips to Acadia National Park.

We had the best stay on Lake Phillips! The house was clean and had everything we needed from kitchen utensils/appliances to life jackets for water activities. We enjoyed spending time outside by the campfire. Our four kids (ages 3-12) absolutely loved the kayaks and canoe. Acadia/Bar Harbor were 45 minutes-1 hour drive. Highly recommend!

One couldn't ask for a nicer, responsive host. The location is beautiful and the house was very clean, not a dust bunny in sight! I appreciated the room darkening shades in the master as the sun comes up very early. I would definately book this property again.

The waterfront back yard is idyllic and peaceful. Canoe and kayaks were great. Close to Bangor and Acadia, a convenient place from which to explore.
