About this house rental
Our lakefront home is ready to rent starting this July 2023. We built another year-round property just a short walk down the road that we are in the process of moving into. We as hosts will be happy to help in any way to make your vacation or extended stay memorable with being so close and assessable. Stunning views of the lake from every room are waiting to be enjoyed. Bring your own boat as there is a public boat launch across the lake and your private dock is just feet away from your front door. Enjoy a fire in the waterside firepit, we'll even supply the firewood! And cook on the grill by the water, yes we will have the propane tank ready! Three kayaks await your pleasure along with a private sandy beach for kids to enjoy! Maine's breathtaking coast is just 20 miles away, a short drive to Bar Harbor, explore Maine's premier Acadia national park then return to your private quiet home on the lake. No need to leave though everything you'll want is right here and if you do forget something you will be surprised at just how close to shopping and grocery stores you are. Just 10 minutes out of lake road is a local market and gas station, then another 10 minutes and you are in the heart of Bangor Brewer with lots of restaurants and shopping. And just a few minutes away, in fact, you can look down the lake, and up on the hill is the Lucerne Inn offering wonderful full meals and a seasonal food truck with outside deck seating. We as locals enjoy meals there often, then a 5-minute drive home. Fully automated backup generator, never worry about power outages any time of the year.

The house was very nice and quiet the location is about a hour from the national park but the drive wasn't too bad. It was great to have a washer and dryer. We found it very comfortable.

We had a wonderful month here. The home was very comfortable and was well stocked with everything we needed. The location was very accessible to the coast and many different day trip locations. The owners live close by and checked in through our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Beautiful spot on Phillips Lake.

The view was incredible, the hosts were easy to communicate with and so kind in going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. If we ever get back to Maine, we would definite stay again.
