The Space:
La Moderna was designed in collaboration with the talented teams at Casa Del Sol and Galarde Interiors, who brought their signature modern-coastal aesthetic to every detail. Inside, you’ll find a breezy open-concept layout with plenty of natural light, warm wood tones, and carefully selected décor that strikes a balance between laid-back beach vibes and elevated comfort. The full kitchen comes equipped with everything you need for cooking at home, while the inviting living space offers a cozy spot to lounge after a day in the sun. With two serene bedrooms and a spa-inspired bathroom, every inch of this home has been curated for comfort and relaxation.
Guest Access:
There are 4 total units located at this property– 2 on the ground floor, 1 on the second floor and one on the top floor! There is assigned parking for each unit on the premises.
The Neighborhood:
Located on the desirable South End of Wrightsville Beach, 6 Sunset offers walkable access to local favorites like SUNdays Cafe, The Oceanic Restaurant and Pier, and South End Surf Shop. Just over a mile from downtown Wrightsville Beach (1.2 miles), offering dining, shopping, and entertainment. The beach and sound are only steps from your door.
Getting Around:
Thanks to its prime location, 6 Sunset is perfect for exploring Wrightsville Beach on foot or by bike!
Other Things to Note:
1. NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit
2. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB
3. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
4. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.
5. Please notify our office if you’re planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $200 per pet plus tax.
6. Dogs are NOT permitted on the beach from April 1st-September 30th (Wrightsville Beach rule- not ours!)

The storage situation was lacking. There is no closet, no dresser, no hooks, nowhere to hang clothes in the master bedroom. In the second bedroom, there was a closet with eight hangers (we had to double up) and no full length mirror anywhere. While the unit was clean, the furniture is stained and feels dirty.
