There are 4 total units located at this property– 2 on the ground floor, 1 on the second floor and one on the top floor! There is assigned parking for each unit on the premises.

With a short walk to coffee, a sunrise surf session, or walk on the sand, La Brisa, is a nice find and comfortable beach stay.

Great place that was very clean and as advertised. Just a block from the beach and a great coffee shop. Others mentioned parking - dedicated parking is available- it’s a bit tight getting in and out but very doable and can fit 2 cars.
