Summer Sands - 207 by Sea Scape Properties

Fantastic location to a beautiful beach - public beach access is right behind the building, so it really is just a 2 minute walk to the beach. We appreciate the covered parking space and 5 minute drive to a supermarket. We also enjoyed the balcony. We faced the pool, but it worked out because the pool was still closed for the season, otherwise it might be too noisy for us. We're used sharing a single hotel room for the 4 of us so the larger space and full kitchen was quite enjoyable. The host was also very responsive and helped us to check in early and gave us some extra time to check out.

Unfortunately, the apartment does not have a separate bedroom with a door (which is what we really wanted); the bedroom and living room are connected by the hallway and can't really shut out snoring. We ran out of hot water one day after one of the kids took a *really* long shower (it didn't turn cold, but was lukewarm instead of hot). The microwave power is not that strong and no toaster. We also really missed having a cutting board, otherwise the kitchen items met our needs.
