Splendid villa for family /friend holiday with exceptional setting offering large living and entertaining space.
The house has a large swimming pool and a splendid sea view.
Quietly located, it is both a 30 minute walk from Argentière beach and with access to shops 10 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive from the village or the port with many restaurants.
Large wooded and enclosed garden 1700 m2 with pétanque ground.
The house has 3 or 6 bedrooms depending on chosen formula.

Entrance large living room, kitchen, plancha area, 1 double bedroom with shower room and separate toilet, 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom with shower room and toilet. Several terraces sheltered from the sun , with large dinning table for 12 people.
