While immersed in the beautiful and exclusive panoramic pool, you can let your eyes wander over the immense plain that spreads out before you with extensive vineyards, cultivated fields and hills of the enchanting oldest village in Portugal - Ponte de Lima - whose historic town centre is just 7 minutes away from the house. Recently fully renovated, this original farm building was converted into a charming villa sleeping up to 8 people.The upper floor offers great views over a dream landscape.
We are in the heart of the Minho region, where you'll be spoiled for choice with all the marvellous places close at hand which you can explore from this convenient location, the Serra d'Arga Natural park, Lima river valley with excellent kayaking facilities, Viana do Castelo with the splendid white sandy beaches, the art cities of Vila Nova de Cerveira and the border town of Caminha famous for seafood and fresh fish restaurants.

Well kept beautiful mature garden, sunbathing terraces and lawn. Excellent barbecue area perfect for al fresco dining. The private swimming pool is 8m X 4m and the depth is from 1,00m to 1.6m. The pool can be heated upon request, with an additional supplement to be paid. Car parking.

We had a lovely week in August despite the rainy weather. The location of the house gives a sense of exclusive privacy yet within a 10-min drive to Ponte de Lima. It's elevated, giving a beautiful far reaching view and we enjoyed the secluded infinite pool and a mature leveled garden with lots of fruit trees. The interior deco feels cozy with old stones, nice sitting space and good amenities. Plenty of beach towels, blankets, pool equipment, nice stereo, selection of cds books and dvds make a difference as a holiday home. Well equiped kitchen with proper coffee machine though some tools are a bit tired and not completely clean. Good swift responses from local manager. Kids loved it and talked of coming back.
