About this cottage rental
The main house at Quinta de Padreiro dates back to the late 19th century, when it was originally a traditional farmhouse; many of the farming tools used during that era can still be seen today. In the mid-20th century, the house was remodeled and used as a local school, a function it served for several decades; it remained uninhabited until the start of this project. After its restoration, the house combines its historic features with some elements of modern architecture. Nestled in a lush green landscape, Quinta de Padreiro is the perfect place to discover all that the Minho region has to offer.
