Charming property with total privacy with large stone house restored with 4 bedrooms with capacity for 8 people and stone cottage with capacity for 2 people. Farm with 6200 m2 with swimming pool, situated in a stunning rural setting in the hills of northern Portugal, with easy access to Porto airport, which is 90 km away and Vigo airport is 40 km away. The Farmhouse has large gardens, ponds with fish, porch for 4 cars, granary, natural mine waters, land with fruit trees plantations, private swimming pool heated through solar heating Roos system, for the exclusive use of guests; poolside spas, barbecue area and a magnificent view over the valley and the hills.
If you are looking for a place to get away from it all, here you will be able to relax completely, being able to count on very quiet (no busy road passes through the middle of the village), clean air and friendly people. But it is also ideal for those who love the natural landscape and large outdoor areas with mountains and forest at the door, 15 minutes from the river Minho, on the border with Spain, and 20 minutes from the beautiful white sand beaches with flag blue, of Moledo, and can enjoy various activities in the area, such as golf, horse riding, cycling, fishing, hiking, surfing and windsurfing, water skiing, canoeing, bird watching and various sightseeing tours in Portugal or in Spain. You can enjoy fascinating walks in the Serra de Arga, where you can see wild horses, or a walk a little further away (about 1 hour), to enjoy the incredible landscape of the Peneda Gerês National Park.
The large house has 4 bedrooms, two are suites. With a total of 3 bathrooms, the house has a fully equipped kitchen and pantry, a dining room and a living room, both with salamanders; in the old wine cellar has two rooms, one is a games room with a Snooker table and an electronic pellet stove, and another a large lounge for living with fireplace and television with direct access to the pool area and the barbecue area and oven wood burning stove with outside dining table. Also next to the kitchen, there is another large dining table in the outside garden, in the area of access to the lake. Also a swimming pool support center, with two showers and lobbies, toilet and washbasin, equipped with washing machine. All rooms have heaters as well as the bathrooms. The tap water is great, no need to buy water.
Inside the farm there is still a stone cottage, spacious, with fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, espresso coffee machine, toaster, TV, bathroom, heaters, double bed and a very comfortable sofa bed.
The farm is surrounded by walls with two large gates with locks, full of privacy.
