Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This condo was spotless! Very comfortable and relaxing! We were there mostly to golf and bike so it was a perfect stay.

Very mixed review for this place .
Loved where it was located . Central to everything . Walk to the Pool in 5 minutes . Drive to the beach in 5 minutes . 5 minutes from the Coligny Shopping Center . 5 minutes from food .
The place itself had a lot of character . The owners obviously take a lot of pride in the place . Lots of nice details . I love the fact it had a little spot outside the kitchen where I could set up to work a little in the mornings and enjoyed the table outside .
However , we had a lot of issues during our stay .
We had an issue with the plumbing early our second day here . My father spend all afternoon here on Monday with the plumber in the unit fixing the clogged drain .
We had issues with the door lock . We went in the back door for the first couple of days . Walking around the house . Several times we just left the door open rather than mess with it. Even after the maintenance guy came he ended up giving us a different code . Couldn’t get the original code to work at all .
The gas grill didn't seem safe to use . We bought burgers and dogs to grill one night but the grill was leaking propane when turned on the point it didn't feel safe to grill . Fire and propane in the air seems like a bad combo .
The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Everyone who stayed here woke up with their back hurting every morning .Consistently a bad start to the days.
The mosquitos were out of control . I understand this is going to happen in this type of atmosphere but it was excessive and on top of everything else it was icing on the cake .
Was it a bad stay? No, just lot of problems . Will I be back ? No . I’ll try somewhere else in the neighborhood next time .
