About this house rental
Your family will be close to everything in Santa Claus, IN when you stay with X Marks the Spot. Located across the road from Lake Rudolph and Holiday World. You will be able to walk/bike to any local attraction or store. Settle down after a long day at the park and enjoy the firepit and quiet atmosphere. Right next door is X Marks the Spot (Purple) just in case you need more room for family and friends.
Quiet but in town. Close to any of your basic needs while here in our small town.
Smoking is NOT PERMITTED in our house. If it is found that your party has smoked inside the house, a cleaning fee of $300 will automatically be charged.
Due to sanitary issues, NO PETS are allowed inside or outside our house. Please make other arrangements for your pets prior to your trip.
We will provide sheets, blankets, pillows, bath and kitchen towels and washcloths. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheetsand a starter pack on toilet paper, trash bags and paper towel. Also provided is coffee, single serve coffee, creamer along with ketchup and mustard packets.

This was a very nice property that was a short 5 minute walk to the gates of Holiday World! We really enjoyed our weekend here and the owner(s) were very great with communication. Will stay here again in the future!
