"Apartamento Playamar" is a beautiful apartment with a maximum capacity of six people located in Port d'Alcúdia, less than 200m from the beach.
Upon entering you will find a large living room with fully equipped open kitchen. Satellite TV accompanied by a comfortable sofa and two armchairs. In addition, in a corner there is a table ready for six people.
The three bedrooms have air conditioning (hot and cold) and built-in closets to organize your clothes. In one room there is a double bed and in the others, two single beds. The two bathrooms are fully equipped with shower and hairdryer.
Outside you will find two large terraces equipped with outdoor furniture and a pool of 4m x 2,5m ideal for cooling off in the hottest days. There is also a charcoal barbecue, perfect to surprise your family or friends with a Mediterranean style barbecue, with fresh produce that you can find in the weekly markets of Mallorca.
Near the apartment you will find the sandy beach of Port d'Alcúdia and s'Albufera, a place full of vegetation, perfect for a walk with the children.

Lovely home perfect location for the beach and the port. The home is private and the pool, which was also private was lovely and clean with a well equipped kitchen. The two bathrooms, made a big difference especially when we all wanted a shower coming in from the beach. Would defo recommend , we will be back

Great location. Comfortable size. Pool in the back yard. Great outdoor space (2 table spaces one in front one in the back yard). Lemon tree in back yard.
