About this villa rental
The marvellous holiday home Villa Garballons 9 Alcudia - Sea Front (ETV/8741) that we present to you is a dream come true for beach and tranquillity lovers. Located on the beachfront, its beautiful sea view becomes the perfect setting to enjoy dream holidays. The garden in front of the property has direct access to Muro Beaches, famous for their fine white sand and crystal-clear waters, making it the ideal place for those who enjoy water sports, sunbathing and relaxing by the sea.
The house is spacious and features a large living room that benefits from the large windows that allow a great amount of natural light, providing a sense of spaciousness and freshness. The living room is equipped with a large dining table, comfortable sofas, state-of-the-art TV and wifi access. From here, guests can enjoy the beautiful sea views without having to leave the house. Additionally, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort during their stay.
The villa's kitchen is traditional and is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook delicious meals. In total, the villa has four double bedrooms, three of which are in the main house and one that is separate, accessed externally and which has a double bed and a single bed with a private bathroom. This layout makes it perfect for a large family or a group of friends. Upon arrival, we gift you with a welcome pack with water, coffee and a small snack so that you can relax and enjoy from the very first moment.
Finally, Villa Garballó has a spacious private car park in front of the property, which makes it ideal for those who wish to travel by car and have the peace of mind of knowing that their vehicle is safe. Overall, this villa is a true paradise for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing stay near the sea in a unique and spectacular natural setting.
Muro Beach is an incredible place to enjoy holidays, and there are many interesting things that can be done in this area:
- Practising water sports: Muro Beach is an ideal place to practise water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing, paddle surfing, and sailing. On the beach, there are several companies that offer equipment rental and classes for beginners, making it an excellent place to try something new or enjoy a sport you already know.
- Visit the S'Albufera Natural Park: The S'Albufera Natural Park is one of the most important places on the island of Mallorca for bird watching. The park is located a few kilometres from Muro Beach, and boasts a wide variety of bird species that can be observed in the different wetlands, lagoons and rivers that make it up.
- Exploring the Alcúdia Market: The Alcúdia market is one of the largest and most popular markets on the island of Mallorca, and it takes place every Tuesday and Sunday in the city of Alcúdia, which is located a few kilometres from Muro Beach. At the market, you can find a wide variety of local products such as fresh food, handicrafts, clothing, and souvenirs. It is an excellent place to try local gastronomy and buy some mementos to take home.
There are cots and high chairs for babies available (upon request).
*This property is located in a residential area, which is why only families or groups of responsible people who desire tranquillity are accepted, groups of young people will not be accepted.
Rules:
- Smoking is prohibited inside the property. If desired, you can smoke outside and make sure not to leave cigarette butts on the ground.
- Maintain order and cleanliness at all times.
- You shall be responsible for the rubbish generated during your stay. Please separate the rubbish in the corresponding containers and place it in the designated location.
- Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also, make sure to close windows and doors so that cold or hot air does not escape.
- It is not permitted to hold parties or events in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
Reservation Conditions:
- Visitors must pay a deposit of 500.00 Euros before arrival, which will be refunded upon departure.
- Tourist Tax: £2.20/adult/night to be paid before arrival by credit card or bank transfer.
- Check-in from 8:00 PM will have an extra cost of €50 to be paid in cash upon arrival. €100 from 11:00 PM onwards.
- There are 2 cots available upon request. The first one is at no cost and the second one has a cost of 10.00€ per night
- There are 2 thrones available upon request

Location, Location, Location ….it’s on the beach. What else do you need for a summer vacation.

Location is amazing. It was nice there were beach umbrellas to use.
There is no dresser in any bedroom. House smells really old . It is a pain that each door AND each window has a separate key! An entire key ring that you have to use throughout the house! Small fridge and no ice maker. Kitchen does not have AC so very hot. Not a lot of cookware. There were ants everywhere especially in the kitchen!

The villa had an amazing view, a well equiped kitchen and spacious rooms. We had enough towels to use both on sumbeds that were provided on site but also ones to use after showering. The villa had a smart Tv with netflix and wireless of course. We had a problem with the air-conditioning in one of the rooms, but it was quickly solved while we stayed there. We had a great stay at the villa and we would probably come back again.
