We were looking for an apartment near the beach, close to restaurants and shops for our family holiday with a 4 year old. This apartment ticked all those boxes and so much more. Lots of space with 4 bedrooms, a big kitchen, a fantastic living room and a great terrace left nothing for us to desire. Marilina, our host was super friendly and approachable and I am sure if there were any issues she would have been there to assist. It was just that there weren’t any! I have rented many apartments in the Alcúdia area over the years, this was by far the best.
Can’t think of any negatives, really.

The location was perfect for the 70.3 IRONMAN. The apartment is well equipped and spacious! The host is really helpful and communicates promptly. It is also 5min from everything, marina, beach to supermarkets and restaurants, and it has a spectacular view!!! We will definitely be back!
